Step 1: Click on the link

Step 2: Click on "Ticketabruf"

Step 3: Select "Hochschule Schmalkalden" from the menu, then click OK

Step 4: Sign in using your FHS-ID and password

Step 5: Semester ticket selection

If multiple semesters are available for selection, please select the ticket for the current semester first and import it into the app. Only after that should you import the ticket for the next semester. Otherwise, the ticket for the current semester can no longer be retrieved.

The following message states that each ticket can only be imported once.

Step 6: Please wait at least 4 hours for the ticket to be transferred to the app

Important: Please write down the code or take a screenshot so that you can enter it into the app after the 4-hour waiting period.

You have successfully retrieved the Germany Semester Ticket (subscription number [redacted]). Your mobile ticket will be made available as a barcode in the EVAG app “Erfurt mobil” by the following day at the latest. How to access your mobile ticket:

Download the “Erfurt mobil” app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app.
In the “Ticket” menu, store your Germany Semester Ticket by entering your subscription number XXXXXXXX and your date of birth.
The Germany Semester Ticket is only valid in combination with your official photo ID.

During ticket inspections, the validity of your Germany Semester Ticket will be checked using a ticket inspection device. Error 1: Ticket Not Yet Available

This error message means the transport company has not yet transferred the ticket to the app. Please wait at least 4 hours before attempting to enter the code into the app again.

ERROR 2: Ticket Expired

With this error message, your ticket has expired. Please go through these instructions again to unlock the ticket for the next semester and import it into the app.
